By downloading, installing, or using MG Trading Terminal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App.
The App is a market analysis and information tool. It provides technical analysis, market data visualization, and algorithmic signals based on publicly available market data.
The App does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All analysis, signals, and information are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instruments, cryptocurrencies, or derivatives. Any trading decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.
Past performance of any analysis, algorithm, or signal does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

In no event shall the total liability of MG Trading Terminal exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MG Trading Terminal, its developer, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
You are solely responsible for the security of your exchange API keys. We recommend:
The App stores API keys in the iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted). We have no access to your keys and cannot recover them if lost.

The App, including its algorithms, design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of MG Trading Terminal. All rights reserved. No part of the App may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission.
The App connects to third-party services (Bybit, Binance, and others) for market data and trading. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party exchange services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
MG Trading Terminal shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, exchange outages, API failures, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to liability limitation, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified in the Governing Law section.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MG Trading Terminal regarding the use of the App. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the Licensed Application End User License Agreement set forth by Apple Inc. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to Apple-specific provisions.
